Field Technician

Positions are based out of our De Pere facility and service Northeast Wisconsin counties.

The responsibilities of a Field Repair Technician are to diagnose and repair material handling equipment such as fork lift trucks, aerial equipment and floor cleaning equipment (gas, diesel, LP gas, or electrically powered.) Will travel to our customers’ locations and repair their equipment. Will order parts, process paperwork, and maintain housekeeping in the service van and at customer property. Will keep both customers and dispatchers informed of progress on jobs.

Past experience repairing heavy equipment, construction equipment or farm equipment needed. Prior experience repairing lift trucks or aerial equipment a strong plus! Requires strong mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills. Requires a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must be able to push, pull and carry up to 100 lbs. SM Technician

Will perform scheduled maintenance on customer equipment (fork lift trucks, aerial equipment, floor cleaning equipment – gas, diesel, LP gas, or electrically powered).  Service performed at customer facilities. Will complete paperwork, communicate with our administrative staff and keep customers aware of job status. Look for additional items that may need repair or appear to be worn – inform customer, especially is safety related. Develop and maintain relationships with territory sales representatives to keep them informed of sales opportunities you might see. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company truck. Sales Administrator
