FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIANS – NOW HIRING AT ALL LOCATIONS:

Open positions are based out of the following locations:

  • DePere, WI: Servicing the Fox Valley area.

The responsibilities of a Field Repair Technician are to diagnose and repair material handling equipment such as fork lift trucks, aerial equipment and floor cleaning equipment (gas, diesel, LP gas, or electrically powered). Technicians travel to our customers’ locations and repair their equipment, keeping both customers and dispatchers informed of their progress on jobs, as well as ordering parts, processing paperwork, and maintaining the service van and customer property. See what a day as a Technician looks like with Jim!

Past experience repairing heavy equipment, construction equipment or farm equipment needed. Prior experience repairing lift trucks or aerial equipment a strong plus!  Requires strong mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills. A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required. Must be able to push, pull and carry up to 100 lbs., and pass a pre-placement drug test. WISCONSIN OPEN POSITIONS:

Apprentice Shop Technician

Will perform scheduled maintenance and general repairs on all types of material handling equipment (fork lift trucks – gas, LP gas, diesel, electric). Perform all repairs to equipment as agreed to by customers.  Communicate with customers and administrative staff to coordinate completion of jobs.  Complete paperwork as needed.  Maintain a clean work area. Must be able to work hours necessary to complete jobs at hand.

Inside Sales Administrator

Responsible for providing administrative support to the field sales staff specifically for our warehouse products and allied lines. Will assist our field sales reps in applications for equipment, making sure the specifications fit the customer’s needs.  Will perform as a liaison between the company, field sales rep, and the manufacturer for warehouse products.  Will also assist with sourcing products as needed and in problem resolution.  Will process proposals for pending deals.  Will process orders for equipment.  Will perform as a backup to others in department as needed.  Take customer calls during the day and handle appropriately.  Maintain status info on pending quotes.   Monitor inventory of book packets and prepare more as needed.  May be required to attend off-site functions occasionally, such as trade shows or customer outings.  Filing and other projects as requested.

Responsible for servicing Generators and/or Industrial Engines to include new generator start-ups as well as troubleshooting/diagnosing repairs needed to generators or engines.  Service work done on-site at customer locations, some travel needed (generally not overnight).  Keep office staff and customers aware of job status.  Complete all pertinent paperwork related to jobs.  Must be available for emergency repair service during off hours, as scheduled.  Service van and business laptop is provided.

To be successful, an Apprentice must have strong mechanical aptitude, good troubleshooting, customer service, and time management skills and be dependable. Service Administrative Assistant-Indianapolis

Used Truck Manager-Indianapolis
