Repair Technician The responsibilities of a Repair Technician are to diagnose and repair material handling equipment such as fork lift trucks, aerial equipment and floor cleaning equipment (gas, diesel, LP gas, or electrically powered.) Requires communication with our customers and our administrative staff to coordinate the completion of jobs. These are first shift positions, mostly 7 am - 3:30 pm, M-F. Requires availability for occasional repair service during off-hours. We're looking for people interested in working out in the field, at our customers' locations for the most part - although, we have a few openings in our shop, as well. For those who qualify for field repair tech positions, we provide a van for transportation. Past experience repairing heavy equipment, construction equipment or farm equipment needed. Prior experience repairing lift trucks or aerial equipment a strong plus! Requires strong mechanical aptitude and good troubleshooting skills. For field positions must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be able to push, pull and carry up to 100 lbs. Must have own tools, good customer service skills and be dependable.

(Contractor Equipment Service Division) Capital Equipment Sales Rep / Eau Claire Promote and sell material handling equipment. Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships. Expand market share for vendors we represent. Demonstrate products and initiate proposals. Analyze customer applications and recommend equipment and/or services best suited to the customer’s environment. Considerable contact with customers and inside support staff. Occasional contact with vendors. Requires previous outside sales experience preferably in material handling or other industrial environment. Ideal candidate will possess solid communication and presentation skills. A mechanical aptitude beneficial. Must have basic PC skills. Responsible for the functional and financial performance of the Southern Region rental fleet. Duties include supervision of rental administrators, truck driver, and warehouse coordinator. Responsible for customer satisfaction – making sure we fill every rental request possible. Manage the rental fleet – monitoring inventory needs, expenses, repairs, utilization, etc. Handle any customer concerns; work with sales reps as needed. Responsible for staffing needs of the department. Must have leadership qualities to ensure the company’s Mission Statement is followed! Must have experience leading and supervising people; understand financial statements and how to monitor performance measurements. Customer Service Attitude a must. Ability to partner with other departments. Must be computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft applications. Some college preferred, bachelor’s degree desirable but will consider experience.
Territory Manager – Green Bay, WI. Responsible for the sale of equipment, parts, service and rental sales for the Upper Michigan area. Will sell and develop new business and maintain existing business. Must be able to increase the present volume of business and at the same time maintain our current customer base.
