The following are current positions available: Graphic Designer As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for providing design suggestions and completing artwork for marketing our products and services. Will graphically create all marketing materials produced in-house via Adobe CS5, using Illustrator and Photoshop. This will include direct mail pieces, flyers, invoice inserts, signage, ads, newsletters, invitations, coupons, online artwork, sales support materials, etc. Responsible for prepping artwork and working closely with outside vendors to produce marketing materials not produced in-house. Perform brainstorming and design mock ups for Marketing Manager and other department managers. Will provide proofs to Marketing staff and department managers for approval. Production of company newsletter and business card creation. Will control the use of logos and images, manage photo artwork library of product images, application photos, company images and manage photo library. Print and distribute all marketing materials to sales personnel. Manage department printers. Will assist with company events and marketing projects as requested. An ideal candidate will possess a college degree in fine arts with an emphasis in graphic design or similar subject. 1-5 years experience in graphic design either in material handling or other industrial type industry. Requires the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Must be creative and possess artistic skills that apply to our marketing needs. Requires professionalism and good communication skills. Requires very strong computer proficiency. Knowledge of Adobe products such as Flash, Dreamweaver, In-Design a strong plus. Tire Press Specialist Responsible for pressing tires on material handling equipment for customers using our tire press equipment. Service may be performed in our shop, but more frequently by traveling to the customer's location in our mobile tire press truck. Must maintain appropriate levels of tire inventory and be safety conscious at all times. Should observe customers’ equipment for other recommended repairs while working on it. Will complete paperwork, communicate with our administrative staff and keep customers aware of job status. Will also serve as a backup driver for delivering units to customers. This is a very physical job - lifting aids should be used whenever possible, but person must be able to lift, push or pull 75 lbs without an aid. Much bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling involved. CDL license required for driving mobile tire press truck. Good driving record required. Good customer communication skills necessary. Must be available to work off hours to meet customer's demands as needed - overtime may be necessary with short notice. Mechanical background needed - knowledge of brake systems necessary. Computer experience a plus. A pre-placement physical will be a condition of employment for this position. Account Manager Perform field promotional work to sell and develop new business for parts, service and sales, to include maintaining existing customer relationships. Promote and sell material handling equipment. Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships. Expand market share for vendors we represent. Analyze customer applications and recommend equipment and/or services best suited to the customer's environment. Demonstrate products and initiate proposals. Negotiate and close business deals. Considerable contact with customers and inside support staff. Occasional contact with vendors. Eau Claire Territory - Eau Claire, Dunn, Pepin, Buffalo, Pierce, St. Crois and Chippewa Counties Requires previous outside sales experience preferably in material handling or other industrial environment. Ideal candidate will possess solid communication and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to sell at a profitable level and meet goals. A mechanical aptitude beneficial. Must have basic PC skills. Must have own transporation with a valid driver's license, good driving record, and evidence of insurance. Associates Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience of at least 4 years in same or similar industrial environement. |
